It's official Brendon Hartley will stay on at Tech 1 for a second season, his new teammate is fellow Red Bull Junior and 2009 British F3 Champion Daniel Ricciardo. The New Zealander surely has to win the 2010 Renault 3.5 title if he plans to graduate into Formula 1 with Red Bull backing.
